By 2025, a total of 35 companies meet the trend of 1.5 degrees Celsius warming, a year-on-year increase of 20%.
In terms of carbon offsetting, emission reduction measures, and climate solutions, corporate disclosure continues to improve. 8% of enterprises have formulated decarbonization plans that meet medium and long-term greenhouse gas emission reduction targets, doubling year-on-year. 55% of companies have developed carbon reduction plans, and 28% plan to invest in climate solutions. 80% of companies have set long-term carbon reduction goals (2036-2050), 85% have set mid-term goals (2029-2035), and 41% have set short-term goals.
In 2025, there has not been much progress in carbon emissions auditing for enterprises, with carbon accounting and audit results partially meeting standards in the European Union (81%), Asia (38%), and emerging markets (25%). These results are important tools for enhancing transparency in information disclosure, but their performance is like last year, with a decrease in the number of companies conducting these evaluations compared to last year.

In terms of departmental cooperation, the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC) collaborates with Climate Action 100+to promote engagement by businesses. The Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (AIGCC) is taking stakeholder action to increase investors’ understanding of decarbonization in the supply chain.
The decarbonization progress of enterprises in different regions around the world includes:
- Europe: Enterprises are in a leading position in carbon accounting and auditing, with a greater focus on fair transformation and workforce resilience.
- Asia Pacific: Enterprises strengthen senior management’s supervision of climate and disclose climate actions that are consistent with carbon reduction strategies.
- North America: Reduced mention of climate change in corporate information disclosure, affecting carbon reduction targets and board oversight evaluations.
